Breakfast Meal Plans

Breakfast is easily my favourite meal of the day. If I could have it my way, I'd have breakfast for lunch and dinner as well. You don't want to get tired of the same thing, so it helps to have a meal plan of what you will eat during the week. Sometimes you can change up that meal plan to add variety. I find this more helpful than a list of recipes because I'm not as restricted to a single recipe. I can change it up and try new things.

Healthy Breakfasts

Some breakfasts need to be healthy. If you're controlling how much you eat, and make good use of spices and herbs, you won't have a problem.

Breakfast Snacks

Sometimes we don't have enough time for breakfast, so it helps to have something to take with you in these situations. A small breakfast snack can make the day better.
